Atto for Windows

Atto for Windows is a first-class desktop kit — the same find-plan loop, the same Approve flow, your vault stays on this PC. The installer is Authenticode-signed with Azure Artifact Signing (publisher: Claudio Barone).

Already installed? In Atto → Home → Advanced → Check for updates (or download the latest zip below and install over the old one — your vault stays on this PC).

SmartScreen: Windows may still warn once for a new publisher while reputation builds — that is not a virus report and not a refund reason. If it does, choose More info → Run anyway. The checksum below is an optional extra verification.

Install

1. Buy / claim on Stripe → download license.json from the claim page. Friend comps: ask Support for an invite.
2. Download the zip above.
3. Unzip, run Atto_0.1.13_x64-setup.exe. If SmartScreen warns for a new publisher: More info → Run anyway. Setup installs WebView2 if missing (needs internet). If that step fails — you’re offline or on a managed/corporate PC — download the Evergreen Runtime from developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2 and re-run setup. Quit Atto first if upgrading — install over the old app; your vault stays put.
4. Optional: confirm the zip SHA-256 against SHA256SUMS.txt (full hash 7553ecb87a8e018241141e1036c23f50743f8a8ca7642c987ceb840cb1530703).
5. In Atto → Import license and pick the file (preferred). Manual copy only if the picker fails — see Setup guide.

Without a license, Atto's app features stay locked. Your vault folder is always ordinary files on your disk — never encrypted, never held hostage.
